As per insurance specifications, before (prior) or at the time of the party, the parents or representatives have to submit a list of all participants to the party, children and adults, in order to have access to all the installations. The parent and representative have to sign the list as main resonates.
Disclaimer: 50% deposit is required for all packages. This is non-refundable deposit. Final payment must be made within 10 calendar days prior to event and party. I hereby release DORIS' PARADISE.NET PARTY CORP, its owners, operators, vendors and related personnel, from any liabilities by myself and any of the guests. I have read and understand the terms and conditions of this contract, quotes and invoices, and agreed to be bound by them.
